If a holiday falls on Saturday, it will be observed on Thursday; if a holiday falls on Sunday, it will be observed on Monday.

The Supervisor’s Office handles Water District No. 1 billing. 

If you have any questions about your bill or need to make a payment, please contact the Confidential Administrator. 

Payments can only be made in person by appointment.
